1) Cancellation & Returns Policy

This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applies to purchases made on the Big Zaint platform, operated by Techno Mak India Private Limited.

1. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped/dispatched by the seller. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the standard return process.
2. Return Eligibility: Most products are eligible for return within 7–10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, personal care/hygiene items, innerwear, items marked “non-returnable” on the product page, and products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
4. Refunds: Once a returned item is received and quality-checked by the seller/warehouse, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via direct bank transfer or wallet credit.
5. Exchanges: Where offered, size/variant exchanges follow the same eligibility window as returns and are subject to stock availability.

2) Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Big Zaint platform, operated by Techno Mak India Private Limited.

1. Delivery Coverage: We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India through our network of courier and logistics partners, as well as our franchise-based delivery network.
2. Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines range from 2–7 business days depending on the seller’s location, delivery pin code, and product availability. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location, and are displayed transparently before payment.
4. Order Tracking: Once shipped, tracking details are sent via SMS/email and can be tracked in real time from your account dashboard.
5. Delays & Failed Deliveries: In case of unforeseen delays (weather, logistics disruptions, incorrect address), our support team will proactively notify you. Undelivered orders after multiple attempts may be returned to the seller with a refund processed as per our policy.
